how do i use your syrups?
We reccomend adding 1-2 tablespoons of syrup to your beverage depending on how sweet you like it. Please make sure to give the bottle a gentle shake before pouring.
do these syrups require refrigeration?
Our products have no preservatives and require refrigeration after opening. They will last 1.5-2 years unopened and 6-8 months opened in the fridge.
what is your return policy?
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns. But if you have an issue with your order, please email support@liquidgoldsyrups.com.
how can i get help with my order?
For any support, please email support@liquidgoldsyrups.com with your confirmation number and we will respond as quickly as we can.
How long till I get my order?
We take 1-2 days to process orders and shipping takes 4-6 days
Where are the syrups made?
Our syrups are handmade in small batches in Austin, TX.
Do you ship outside the US?
We do not ship outside the US for now but we do have plans to ship internationally soon!
